Church is much more than a place to go on Sunday mornings. The community church offers is beyond anything the natural world can imagine. Why? Because the Gospel connects people not only on an everyday level but on the eternal. We live out the “already but not yet” of our faith in a community of Gospel centered faith.
At Woodridge, connection to the church begins with our Connections Ministry. In the Commons right below the TV you will find our Welcome Center. It is here that connecting to Woodridge can begin. The volunteers around the Welcome Center counter provide any information you need about Woodridge Community Church and our various Gospel-Centered Ministries. Stop by and say hello and you will be warmly received by our volunteers.
To complete the connection process we ask that you fill out a “Connection card” which can be found in the seat pocket on the back of a chair in front of you in the sanctuary. We ask that you enter the information you would like to share. The back of the card is a portion for any prayer requests. Our prayer team prays for each request we receive. On Tuesday morning the Pastors also pray through all the prayer requests from the previous Sunday. No request is too small or too large.
