Christians are God’s workmanship, created in Christ for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.  We want you to experience the joy of serving others for Christ.  We have opportunities for you to serve the church, the community, and the world.

Serving the Church

Christians in the local church have a special commitment to love and serve one another.  We do this in many ways but there is a great need for people serving is on Sunday mornings.  In order for all to experience the joy of serving and to prevent others from burnout, we’d like to see every member serving at least once a month in some capacity on Sunday mornings.  Please click below to express interest in serving in any of the following areas:

Serving The Community

Jesus Christ has opened our eyes and given us a desire to love not only God, but people as well.   Beyond loving their church, each Christian should look for ways to love and serve their neighbors, keeping in mind that the best way to love someone is to share the Gospel with them.  By loving and serving our neighbors we adorn our Gospel proclamation, demonstrating the change that Jesus has wrought in us.

There are many ways in which individual Christians can get connected to serving the community and we encourage you to do so.  Many of our community groups also serve in various capacities throughout the community.

Serving The World:

We send missions teams to various places each year.  We are excited about planting, supporting, serving, and encouraging churches around the world.  We currently work closely with church planting movements in Albania, Senegal, and Brazil.  If you are interested in going on a missions trip, keep an eye open for upcoming trips in the bulletin.
