This Temple Will Be Destroyed

In 70 AD the magnificent temple in Jerusalem, which was at the very center of Israelite worship, would be completely destroyed just as Jesus foretold in Luke 21. It’s difficult to overemphasize how shocking Jesus’ pronouncement was to those who heard it as well as the significance of the Temple’s destruction in salvation history.
