Breakout Sessions

The Productive Household
Teacher: Brian Cornell
Room: 202 (Upstairs)
In this class, Brian will lay out a biblical framework for the family and work, which can help us to see how working together as a family lends itself to obeying passages like Duet 6, Eph 6 and many others. This work is not only toward a financial income but also a focus on building Christlike character, meaningful discipleship, and productive property that will last for generations. We will then cover a handful of tools for families to use as they seek to build their own family economy and productive property - all to the glory of God.
Education in the Present Age
Teacher: Pastor Rich Parfrey
Room: 102 (conference room)
Understanding and dealing with the fallout of all that has happened in recent years around the secular schooling system, how does the Christian navigate the discipleship of his children for their primary, secondary, and post-secondary education? How does family legacy play a part?

Details & Housekeeping items

  • There will be some fun (and delicious) giveaways before each session starts so be sure to be seated in the sanctuary to be eligible.
  • Conference is family friendly (much like church should be), so kid noise is acceptable.
  • Be sure to account for all children who will be taking a seat during your family's registration so we can ensure we have enough seats for everyone.
  • There are rooms at both churches for nursing mothers where they can still hear the conference - please inquire if this is needed the day of the conference.
  • It can be helpful to bring items for children to color or work on during the conference to help them stay engaged.
  • More information will be added here as needed in the weeks to come, so please be sure to check back in periodically.
