Welcome
In 1988, Woodridge Community Church was founded to herald the good news of God’s grace in Christ. Then, now, and forever, the church remains committed to proclaiming God’s sovereign love for His people in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We are, in every way, a Gospel-centered ministry that aims to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, and treasuring Christ above all. It’s the reason we exist.

What To Expect
Profile
Woodridge has great mix of young adults and seasoned believers. So you’ll find everything from jeans to suits on a Sunday morning. Our people are friendly—but with many visitors each week, please be bold and introduce yourself!
Service
Sunday School begins at 9:00am and our worship service begins at 10:00am. This service is led most often by an elder or pastoral staff member. During this time, we sing songs, offer prayers of praise and confession to God, and hear His Word preached. A typical service lasts one hour and fifteen minutes.
Music
The music we sing is a blend of old and new. We love the doctrinally rich hymns of the sixteenth century and we find blessing in the choruses of the twenty-first. We strongly prefer congregational singing, which emphasizes the gathered body singing praise to God with one voice.
Sermons
Preaching at Woodridge is expositional, meaning we seek to declare the point of a particular Biblical passage. Sermons last 40 to 45 minutes and are driven by the Gospel, the Bible’s main message of God saving sinners through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
