What Wisdom Knows

We don’t know the future, but we do know that both good and bad things happen to the righteous and to the wicked. In this section of Ecclesiastes Solomon affirms this reality and tells us how the wise live “under the sun” in a world that is not always fair. Such an understanding will keep us from wasting our days and help us enjoy God’s gifts by faith.
