Jesus, the Christ of God
For some, it seems very odd, even strange, that we refer to the day on which our Lord and Savior died as “Good Friday”. In one sense, it was not a good day; it was a bad, a terrible, a most horrific day. But in another sense, it was a most glorious and good day. This year, we will look at the good of Good Friday by considering a truth that Jesus’ death teaches us about our sin and a truth his death teaches us about God.
