Dating and Courting as a Christian
When we look around at the culture in America, as Christians we often reel back in shock and horror at the practices happening around us—especially in how the world approaches dating and its close relative, “hook-up culture.” It seems like a free-for-all, with little to no oversight outside the church—and sometimes even within it. As Christians, we cannot accept the world’s approach to dating. But what should we do? How should we view relationships with the opposite sex before marriage? Should we date? Should we do something else, like courting? And what exactly is courting? Join Pastors Rich, Matt, and Drew as they delve into the
topic of dating and courting from a biblical perspective. They explore some of the history behind these practices and discuss who should be involved in the process. We value your feedback and suggestions on this episode and future episodes. Email us at treasurecast@woodridge.cc.
